Family Fun Run

This is your chance to have a fun running morning at Murton Nature Reserve. Enjoy the scenic views as you run around the 2.5k course. There will be two staff members there to assist on the run. 

We will do two loops of the course, totalling a 5k run. 

Loop 1: Brilliant for any participants who want to have a nice run, the pace will be set by the pace maker at the front. 

Loop 2: The second loop, which will begin as soon as you have finished the first loop, will be quicker and you can set your own pace throughout. This loop is for faster paced runners, and won’t be suitable for toddlers or smaller children. 

Suitable active-wear is essential, it would be advised to pack waterproofs incase they are needed on the day. A healthy snack will be available for all children who have attended the fun run. 

There are different terrains around the reserve such as gravel, grass, and small stones, ensure you have appropriate footwear for all outdoor terrain.
