We are open 7 days a week, 10am to 4pm. The car park gates close at 4.30pm. 
No circular route around the farm area at the moment. Ground is slippy, muddy and soft underfoot. Suitable footwear is strongly advised.

The Tipi at Murton

We now have a permanent tipi at Murton! Situated on our nature reserve the tipi at Murton is the perfect base to explore our site. The tipi can be hired by groups, schools or individuals. For more information please download our Tipi Leaflet or contact the office.

We are now open 7 days – 10am to 4pm. Make the most of the great weather and head out to see us. Visit our farm or take a gentle stroll round the beautiful nature reserve and of course be sure to pop into the tea room when you are here.

Flooding – What a difference a year makes!

At the end of January 2016 we were still recovering from the worst flooding that has ever hit our site. Last week we walked round our site and took matching photographs. The difference highlights how much water was on our site! We are very grateful for a considerably drier winter this year.  

Winter Opening Hours

17th October 2016 to 31st March 2017 Open 5 days 10am – 4pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday. We will close on Friday 23rd December at 3.30pm and reopen on Wednesday 4th January at 10am.
