Event Cancellation

Our events have limited places, and many sell out. For this reason, we request that if you need to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled event. This will allow us to offer your ticket to another person. You may call or email us during business hours, Monday to Friday 9 to 5 to cancel.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the event date will receive a full refund or tickets can be transferred to another date or event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an event will not receive a refund but can transfer tickets to another date or event. If contact to cancel is not made prior to an event, all payments already made will be lost.

Private Hire and Booking Cancellation

You may call or email us during business hours, Monday to Friday 9 to 5 to cancel.

Private bookings including food, must be paid one week in advance. The food element of your booking is non refundable.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the event date will receive a full refund or  may be transferred to another date if possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of an event will not receive a refund. If contact to cancel is not made prior to the booking, all payments already made will be lost.
