We are open 7 days a week, 10am to 4pm. The car park gates close at 4.30pm.
No circular route around the farm area at the moment. Ground is slippy, muddy and soft underfoot. Suitable footwear is strongly advised.

Start off your morning with a short, informal talk about Murton as a site and what our Nature Reserve has to offer. This short talk will take place in our Rural Skills Cabin and will be followed by a walk with Alison our Trust Manager.

This is an informal walk and talk where you will be able to chat and ask questions you might have. The walk is just over a mile long and suitable for all. The Rural Skills building, all three bird hides and around half of the nature reserve is wheelchair accessible. Anyone with a wheelchair or restricted mobility will still be able to join us though the walk might be slightly altered for some.
Come along yourself, or bring some friends.
